Main claws, sub-claws...
Good morning team,
Here's some super duper free stuff for you - a truly excellent lesson for teaching complex sentences, clauses and commas by means of a rhyming (and, judging by his eyes, somewhat worse for wear) crab... Advice on what to do with the presentation is included in the slide notes so you don't need a lesson plan for this one.
Note that this is lesson 6 in our Island Unit - next lesson pupils will add to their descriptive diary to put their sentence skills into practice; if you want to check out lessons 1-5 flick through our previous posts.

PS - A couple of people have been in touch to say that some presentations won't display properly when they click on the links. Don't worry, this tends to a problem with older internet browsers; just click 'file' then 'download', save the file to your computer and then open it and it will display as it should.
